Something to be said for big blocks particularly at the drag strip.  Less so for road racing.  However I am a fan of both.  Everything has a particular purpose.  Knives, guns and atomic weapons, none is a replacement for the other.  Depends on the amount of destruction you want to create and the forum for said destruction.
"Low she sits on five spoke wheels
Small block eight so live she feels
There she's parked beside the curb
Engine revving to disturb
She's the princess from his past
Red paint gold stripes damned she's fast"

I am a fan of both as well. 50 years ago you had to choose between Big Block or small Block, today you can have the best of both worlds. I am putting together a big inch small block... 393 INCHES of Windsor power, nothing crazy just a great running 400+ HP street cruiser. We shall see how it runs and if it is worthy of promoting it, or wearing a bag over my head like the UNKNOWN COMIC above.  :-[

The real punk is the one who won't show his face, you can run but you can't hide... ;)
