Hi everyone , my friend recently bought csx 3122 in UK , the story is , crashed years ago , rebuild frame and new alubody , 427 top Oiler , original old uk title paper , stating csx 3122 , how can we be sure..?

Sorry, but no, your friend did not just buy CSX 3122. He bought a fresh build to which someone has fraudulently appended the 3122 chassis number. It has been listed in the Registry as having been destroyed for many years, and  low-hanging fruit like this brings the crooks out of the woodwork like maggots. It would be fascinating to see exactly what the claimed logbook for the car lists as its history. Regardless of what it may say, it's horse manure. Trust me.

so does this car have a NEW CSX tag or the original one........not that it really matters

When you say "Rebuild Frame", does that mean the Frame was REPLACED or was it straightened out and REPAIRED?

I'm sure they just wanted to know from a knowledgeable Cobra person "what to look for" so they could just confirm it and not try and make sure the unearthed car had the items  ;)
