Sounds like a person who works in some regard with marketing the film to clubs.

I'd guess that he (probably under a variety of screen names) is all over Ford clubs, hot rod clubs, Hot Wheels clubs. Hell, even G.I. Joe collectors, Paddington Bear sites and Roy Rogers memorabilia fans need to know about this.  Get those people all ginned up to see it.
