I'm current owner of his 69 GT350. I found some of his old pictures with his old car.

Are you sure it's Chesterfield PA and not VA? I did a quick search and found a guy in Virginia it looks a lot like an older version of the guy in your pictures. Here is a link to an article about him and if you read towards the bottom it talks about him retiring and getting into a Mustang so it might just be your guy.
