Hi Silver Bullet,

I did see this tag.  Please educate us on  the key feature that is telling you it is a repop.  A side-by-side comparisons works the best if not really obvious.

After some thought I am going to give it the benefit of the doubt as a very light stamping. Its missing the "R)" at left/bottom of FoMoCo logo. I have never seen one missing that before, however I guess it could be a first...

The seller added:

Many " Experts" believe it's a reproduction because it doesn't have the registered "R".
But from all the evidence I saw,  I personally believe that this was the original tag on that carburetor.
You be the Judge.
